What we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced and passionate backend engineer to join our team and help us build and maintain the server-side logic of our web applications. You will be responsible for developing and integrating APIs, databases, and other backend components to ensure high performance and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and robust backend services and APIs using various programming languages and frameworks such as PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc.
Work closely with the front-end team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
Integrate with external APIs and services such as AWS, Stripe, Twilio, etc.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that follows best practices and standards for coding quality, documentation, testing, and deployment.
Optimize the server-side code for speed, security, and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and debug any issues or errors in the backend systems.
Implement data storage solutions using various databases such as SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the backend architecture and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of proven experience as a backend developer or engineer working on web applications.
Proficient in at least one backend programming language and framework such as PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc.
Familiar with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript etc.
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services development and integration.
